Hello, and welcome to Viken's Suicide Help.

To set things straight this site was not made by professionals. I am NOT a doctor. I'm simply someone who cares. A person to talk to, a shoulder to cry on.

I made this site to help me with my own depression by helping others, it sounds strange, but it works for me. It makes me feel good to help people because I have first hand experience with the horrible condition.

The idea of this site is mostly to advertise my one on one free councelling sevice. We can talk via e-mail or messenger. And, with your permission I would add our conversations, keeping your name out of course, to my website so that those shy people can at least read some of the advice I give and stories I share.

I'd also like to make something else clear, I would like to remain anonymous. For one to protect my own privacy and also because I belive that it can help many people to open up. I won't tell you my name, I won't tell you how old I am, I won't even tell you if im a guy or a girl. All i'm going to say is this, you can call me Viken, you can tell me whatever you want, and i'm someone who really cares.

Now let me lay a few rules cuz I don't want any cops accusing me of being some pedophile.
1. You may only tell me your real name, or a fake name. I don't want to know your full name.
2. Aside from a first name the only other things you should share with me are age and gender if you want.
3. And finally, I don't want to know your address, that'll just make me look like a real pedophile.

And now, I'll go through how this works.

First off, you can e-mail me a quick introduction.

Next, clearly tell me if I can or cannot save our conversations for addition to this website.

Then you can talk to me about whatever problems you have. Whatever upsets you, any questions you want to ask, anything. I can offer advice, give a little sympaty, share personal experiences, and more.

And if you want to, we can arrange for a chat on messenger.
